Appearance:

In a small town everyone knows your name. They know your parents and your grandparents and every inconsequential thing that has ever happened to your family along the way. Successes. Failures. All of your dirty little secrets. All of them. It only made sense that he ran from it all the first chance he got. He's even been gone long enough that most of the twang has left his words.

They named him Jackson after the town he was born it. It wasn't home, but it sounded a hell of a lot better than Henderson Gray. Friends called him Jax, Gramps called him Jack and Nana called him Jackie. That last one? Yeah, only Nana gets away with that. Jackson was the awkward poor kid, every class has one. The one who wore patched hand-me-downs and too big glasses because he could grow into them. It was like he was born with a Kick Me sign on his back for all he was picked on.

The day he beat the tar out of a kid two years ahead and thirty pounds more than him changed that though. There's a certain sort of thrill that comes with the damage you can inflict on another human being with your body alone. It's a surefire recipe for trouble though. The trouble should have died down when he found martial arts, supposedly a positive outlet for all of that nervous energy.

Needless to say... the trouble never died down.
