Graduate of the University of Southern California. Raye received early training from NeoNet (Formally Fuchi Electronics) in the repair and upgrade of Cybernetics (Cyberwear). Raye was an expert in Bioware and Cybernetics before a rival from Aztechnology framed her in the death of a patient.

Disgraced in the UCAS and the CAS, she continued to practice in the California Free States, going underground to help out runners with upgrades and repairs.

Because of her past, she has major trust issues with people. Very few have managed to earn her respect and trust and yet she is feeling betrayed and bruised of late.
