Appearance:

Silver-tinted lavender hair is cut short and left in disarray, mashed under a newsboy cap; the brim is tugged down to mostly obscure the left eye under a half curtain of hair that ends in a few knotted beads. Jutting up off either side of the head are two pointed ears that stand taller than the average elf, and they are pierced with silver rings high on both sides.

Attire consists of a pair of bell-bottom dress slacks and vest to match, rosy-hued and marbled, matching the hat. The vest is worn over a white half-sleeve dress shirt with a wide open flared collar that just barely hints at cleavage. Either she binds or she doesn't have much of a rack to speak of. As for shoes, here she shows her inner girl by wearing a pair of gold and glossy flats.

Her skin tone is a rather pale, washed-out sort of color. Almost white, tinted just so by blue, but faded. Her eyes are grey.

Skills:

As one of the Hugtandalfers, the Fanged Elves, Tó ages at an incredibly slow rate.

Due to her Hyperborean lineage she is quite indifferent to the cold and, in fact, prefers it.

Her age is made apparent only by the power of her magic as, unlike other Elves, Hugtandalfers' magical abilities aren't driven by natural aptitude but age. She doesn't use his magic unless she has to.
