Rafa just sort of blended into his world. A world of dark alleys and underground networks, resistance and defiance. He came from a place where the city seemed to breathe steam from grate mouths and the city bled smoke through belching steam vents. It lived in opulence, tall towers and technology for the elite. People didn't join, not in this future.

They lived in disparity, the parties and the groups, the army and the police, the government and the gangs. He didn't fit into any one of them, he just fit into the city. A rogue agent, a lost shark in dark water.

Fond of jeans and tennis shoes, tee shirts and blazers. Anything that's got enough room to conceal pistols. Dark hair never really had much attention given to it, it sat where it liked. One black eye and one blue eye sparkled in the neon glow of the crappy bars he frequented. Muscles were easy to see behind the thin layers of cloth though they're never things he'd show off. Really, there's not much he did show off at all.
