How she looks depends on who has possession of her bottle. While she is in control of her bottle, she adapts the appearance of a woman with dirty blonde hair, solid blue eyes without whites or pupils, and delicate features.

Her bottle has changed many many hands through the millenniums. She is ageless, immortal, but not a god. Her greatest wish is forever freedom, but it cannot be granted.

Skills:

GREAT COSMIC POWER! Itty bitty living space. She can only be controlled by who has her bottle. Therefore she is immune to mind control and magical force. Thankfully such power is wielded, in this case, by a creature who would never harm a fly unless forced to.

There are rules to the wishes she grants. She cannot interfere with the freewill of another living creature. She cannot interfere with the natural life cycle. She cannot knowingly take a life.
