Rumors. Some say a woman driven mad by the loss of her children. Some say a vengful spirit of a woman killed by her husbands mistress. It's constantly changing as time goes by.

Appearance:

Words spoken in whispers and pens meeting paper tell of one of the many killers roaming the streets of Rhy'Din. These rumors are what created Vice. Her appearance reflects on what these rumors tell. Eyes could be brown one moment, but with the changing of stories could come misinformation that leads to them changing to yellow. Her height, weight, hair, and emotions change at times as they are all connected to this.

If the rumor changes, so will she.

One thing is a constant though - and that is the fact that she wears a long coat wherever she goes.

Skills:

Usually all the stories speak the same. She's a master when it comes to knife-type weaponry. But some say she dabbles in more of the occult, leading her the ability to also use more paranormal means of execution.

A large pair of scissors is her default weapon in most rumors, and it's what she's usually seen wielding by victims in their final moments. Others say it's a butchers knife, it's blade permanently red from the blood it has shed.
