Appearance:

Not terribly long of body or limb, the first thing you'd notice is the hair. Long and in places luxuriant, the silvery and purple-tinged mass is decorated with a few loose braids and trinkets. Otherwise, the mane is left to fall just beneath and between his shoulder blades. A hat, a bandana, or something to keep it out of his eyes is usually employed.

Next is the obviously worn and utility-minded longcoat. Rarely is he without it, for a good coat can hide many things.

His skin is a rather pale, washed-out sort of color. Almost white, tinted just so by blue, but faded. His ears are long, longer than a normal Elf's, and decorated somewhat tastefully (by someone's standards) with metals of all sorts. His eyes are grey.

Skills:

As one of the Hugtandalfers, the Fanged Elves, Tack ages at an incredibly slow rate.

Due to his Hyperborean lineage he is quite indifferent to the cold and, in fact, prefers it.

His age is made apparent only by the power of his magic as, unlike other Elves, Hugtandalfers' magical abilities aren't driven by natural aptitude but age. He doesn't use his magic unless he has to.

He can fix things, break things, and fight things. He's not exactly a charmer, but he gets whatever job he's got done. He likes swords, and staves, and clubs, and guns.

He likes making connections, and using them.

He lives to be underestimated.

He loves to fight.

He will oftentimes take on tasks far beyond what he would perceive to be the scope of his capabilities.

He is (slightly) mad.
