ANNOUNCEMENTS: Last night was the Spring 2025 All Ranks Tournament here on Twilight Isle! Seven competitors took to the rings in a double elimination contest to determine which of them was the best spell-slinger in the west, and once again it was veteran Eregor Túr Gairdín who came out on top! Congratulations, Eregor, and thank you to all who participated! We hope you enjoy your fabulous prizes! Two neophytes banked themselves enough wins in this tournament to advance to the rank of Mage, too! They grow up so fast.

Challenge fever has taken hold, too! Earlier this week, Salvador Delahada met up with littlest Keeper Averia Gallows in the Challenge for the Tower of Fire! It took all three possible matches to conclude a winner, and the two that allowed Salvador to win the Key each had us on the edges of our seat with sudden death scores! What an incredibly historic reign, Averia! Congratulations, Sal!

Keep your eyes peeled next for Water Tower Challenge, The Fourth Edition between second place Archmage Tournament finisher Rachael Blackthorne and six-time defending Keeper Droet! Will she be able to stop him from reaching a reign of two years? Or will Droet succeed in tying Eregor for first place of total defenses as the Keeper of Water? One way or another, this will be a match to behold!

Note: Abby Fenner won the Stormbringer’s Bracers on 3/22/25 in the Spring All Ranks tournament. This awards the usage of Elemental Fury in regulation matches until the next All Ranks tournament.

AROUND THE CITY: Spring has officially sprung, but the chilly weather lingers! What a great time of year to declutter and maybe take a trip!

NEWS FROM OTHER VENUES: The Outback has two challenges on the books this week! Takai Masamune will be meeting up with Gillette Brooke this Monday night at 8:30 PM in a Challenge for ShadoWeaver! And fresh off his win of the Tower of Fire, Salvador Delahada has set Hailey Winters as his next target by issuing a Challenge for FireStar! Stay tuned for more details on time and date!

The 2025 End of Winter All Ranks Tournament took place in the Arena this past Friday night! Seven duelists took part in a double elimination contest, and Takai Masamune went undefeated, winning not only the entire tournament but also a test-free shot at Overlord Anubis Karos! Congratulations and good luck! Though there are no other challenges to speak of, the DoS Madness Tournament remains in full swing with the round two matchups kicking off as early as possibly tonight! We’ll see you in the rings or spectator seats, sports fans! May your brackets not burn!

Cycle Ranks Through Week 3

Cycle rankings show how duelists perform over the course of the cycle, with the top performer earning the Ring of Klytus (provided they began the cycle below the rank of Mage). To balance percentage performance duelists are broken into 3 brackets based on number of duels fought, with top accolades achievable by only those in the upper tier. Duelists are ordered first by bracket, then by winning percentage, followed by the number of wins and lastly by low rank to high.
