ANNOUNCEMENTS: The Winter All Ranks Tournament is going to be coming up soon in two weeks! Sign up here and join us for a breath-taking assortment of magical prizes! The casting begins on December 18th at 8 PM EST and if you sign up early you’ll be able to collect a free win to your record!

Last Sunday was the Archmage Tournament for this cycle and we did a swift round robin to determine the outcome with current Governor Dris coming out on top for the evening! He and current Archmage Gatito will be meeting this Friday December 9th to determine if we’ll have a new Archmage or if Gatito will spell their way to their first defense! A delicious menu is likely to accompany the event, and I hope there’s lots of cherry coke there as Eden’s calling this one!

And in future challenge news, Droet, Keeper of Water gave out his Keeper’s Blessing challenge grant he won from the tournament and it was awarded to Kruger! Who will the pyrotechnics loving fighter challenge? Keep your eyes on the cork and see!

Note: Mairead Harker won the Empowered Earth Gem Wand on 09/18/2022 in the Fall All Ranks tournament. This awards the usage of Elemental Fury in regulation matches until the next All Ranks tournament.

NEWS FROM OTHER VENUES: In the Arena, the End of the Fall Cycle All Ranks Tournament has been announced! It’ll be about two weeks from now on Saturday, December 17th and the action starts at 8:10 PM! My Dad even donated one of the prizes! Sign up today here and peek at all the other great prizes offered! While there’s going to be grants awarded in the All Ranks Tournament, we have to wonder if any challenges be coming up soon or are people more focused on getting ready for the seasonal holidays or even watching the outcome of IFL?

In the Outback, while we’re speaking of IFL, it looks like we’re going to be closing out the last week of the regular season soon. And then it’s the Playoffs Baby! How’s your favorite team doing? Have you picked up any new merch this season? Rumors are flying that some fighters secretly sign items and mix them in with what’s on display, so keep your eyes open and you might get super lucky!

THE RING OF KLYTUS: The holder for this cycle is Sal Delahada! The ring grants an additional focus over the normally allotted amount, but is still limited to the maximum of 3 foci.

Cycle Ranks Through Week 9

Cycle rankings show how duelists perform over the course of the cycle, with the top performer earning the Ring of Klytus (provided they began the cycle below the rank of Mage). To balance percentage performance duelists are broken into 3 brackets based on number of duels fought, with top accolades achievable by only those in the upper tier. Duelists are ordered first by bracket, then by winning percentage, followed by the number of wins and lastly by low rank to high.
