Rachael Blackthorne is back again with another Tower of Water challenge for Keeper of Water Droet! She’s hoping that the third time is the charm so she can show she’s held all the Keys on the Isle in her dueling history, but Droet’s affinity for the water and the tides hasn’t proved easy to overcome. This is sure to be a spectacular show, so keep your eyes on the cork for all details concerning this challenge!
Currently Rainbow Jellyfish can be seen in the waters surrounding the Isle! These mystical creatures are not harmful but please be gentle in any approach, as they can be easily skittish. A breathtaking sight all the same in the clear waters of our favorite pocket realm!
Note: Mairead Harker won Aithon on 06/18/2023 in the Summer All Ranks tournament. This awards the usage of Elemental Fury in regulation matches until the next All Ranks tournament.
AROUND THE CITY
A Sunflower Maze sprouted in the Solarium! What a fun way to explore all that the Solarium has to offer! There were races through the maze this past Thursday and we’re looking forward to more in the future wherever they may spring up! Tasty snacks were also served, be sure to venture to Kitten’s Confections, Gardenhome Orchards for their seasonal Sangrias, and to the Willow Way Community Garden and Market sometime!
Speaking of the Willow Way Community Garden, there’s currently a rainbow garden farmer’s market that has opened up in the Gloaming District’s Canopy! Head over to Twilight Isle and enjoy the bright colors and delicious flavors that local farmers and druids all have to offer!
There’s just a few more days before the bounties at the Hunters Guild expire, be sure to head to their headquarters in Old Market today and collect!
Save the Date for Tanabata coming in a couple weeks! This yearly festival kicks off over in Dockside on Kabuki Street Saturday July 8th. Be sure to come early to catch the parade, fill yourself up with delicious eats and find a cozy spot to admire the fireworks show that concludes the day’s festivities!
Also coming up is the Taste of RhyDin! Be sure to contact Tenball or Ebon Ilnaren to secure a spot in this delicious festival whether you are a vendor or performer. Venues will be open in Seaside, the Marketplace and in Old Temple and come hungry starting on the week beginning July 16th! Our stomachs can’t wait!
NEWS FROM OTHER VENUES: In the Arena, last night was their End of Spring Cycle All Ranks Tournament and it was a nicknaming and weapon fighting all around success! Jay Capistrano took the long road to victory and walked away the big winner after facing Salvador in back to back matches for the Finals and Grand Finals! Jay picked up the Test-Free Overlord Challenge grant so we anticipate seeing a challenge coming up soon from him. Salvador noted that he did not get to fight Rekah in the tournament last night so he was quick to issue a challenge to the Baron for Dragon’s Gate! I wonder if there will be a candy buffet for this one? Watch the cork for future details concerning this sure to be sweet challenge!In the Outback, Our Lady of the Eternal Stiletto, Koyliak continues to keep a chillingly beautiful grip on IceDancer, maybe you should try challenging her and get beat up by one of the best! She’s sure to show up and give you bruises while wearing the best heels in the Outback. Challenge today!
