Note: Through the Door won the Empowered Air Gem Wand on 12/18/2022 in the Winter All Ranks tournament. This awards the usage of Elemental Fury in regulation matches until the next All Ranks tournament.

NEWS FROM OTHER VENUES: In the Arena, despite a majority of Renegades there haven’t been any challenges issued this week. So things are quiet for now, unless my words here are seen as a challenge and people take things to the cork to try and obtain a barony or two. If a barony isn’t your thing, but you want to take a ride out on the Overlord yacht just contact Overlord Reign and make a donation to the Old Market Women’s Shelter!

In the Outback, last night was the PathFinder Challenge, a rematch between Opal holder Salvador and challenger (and Keeper of Earth) Kruger! After the first match, an elimination chamber as they called it was dropped upon them and the two fighters would not emerge until a victor had been decided! Entertaining spectators, and likely themselves as well, the poser for his 90,000 fans won and took home both the green opal and the title of Terra Master! Congratulations Kruger and well reigned former Terra Master Salvador!

ADVANCEMENTS: No rank increases this week.

THE RING OF KLYTUS: The holder for this cycle is Sal Delahada! The ring grants an additional focus over the normally allotted amount, but is still limited to the maximum of 3 foci.

Cycle Ranks Through Week 8

Cycle rankings show how duelists perform over the course of the cycle, with the top performer earning the Ring of Klytus (provided they began the cycle below the rank of Mage). To balance percentage performance duelists are broken into 3 brackets based on number of duels fought, with top accolades achievable by only those in the upper tier. Duelists are ordered first by bracket, then by winning percentage, followed by the number of wins and lastly by low rank to high.
