NEWS FROM OTHER VENUES: In the Arena, on Sunday Night August 7th, the challenge for Battlefield Park took place. Hye-jin chose a single match format for the evening and so her and Amaris went a lucky thirteen rounds before Amaris retained her hold on the barony once again! Congratulations Amaris and well reigned Hye-jin! Then the following Monday Night, August 8th, Karma defends Cadentia and Nero even gets to remain her squire! Wonder if any more challenges are going to pop up around the corner, or if people are taking a bit of a breather to relax and enjoy the summer weather.
In the Outback, the Ironman is coming! That is to say, the format for the up and coming All Ranks Tournament for Fists is going to be an Ironman! The action happens on Sunday August 21st, so be sure to sign up for it today! Be sure to ask Outback staff for more details if you’ve got questions, it’s been a hot minute since they’ve hosted an Ironman! Exciting! Last Monday night was the MoonBeryl challenge, with Eregor defending against Old Man Matt! This was the last of our surge of Opal challenges, but we’ve got Opals out there with no defenses, so its worth knocking out more attempts to get these special stones!

Cycle rankings show how duelists perform over the course of the cycle, with the top performer earning the Ring of Klytus (provided they began the cycle below the rank of Mage). To balance percentage performance duelists are broken into 3 brackets based on number of duels fought, with top accolades achievable by only those in the upper tier. Duelists are ordered first by bracket, then by winning percentage, followed by the number of wins and lastly by low rank to high.
