ANNOUNCEMENTS: TacoTuesday on Twilight Isle is this tuesday, May 5th! Come out and celebrate with tacos and speciality drinks while the Archmage Challenge between current Archmage Gloria Blaze and Mage Emeritus Bailey Raptis takes place the same night! It's sure to be a night to leave people tacoing about it for weeks to come!

Note: Alasdair Galloway won an Empowered Water Gem on 3/15/2020 in the All Rank’s tournament. This awards the usage of Elemental Fury in regulation matches until the end of next cycle. Goldglo won a Ragnarok Infused Magic Orb on 3/15/2020 in the All Rank’s tournament. This awards the use of a Mage Spell in regulation matches for the remainder of the cycle. Goldglo selected Immolation.

NEWS FROM OTHER VENUES: There's lots going on in the other sports in regards to challenges, but the quick note version it all is -- Jewell defended and remains Overlord, Matt defended Battlefield Park against Rachael, and Olaf is the new Baron of Dockside. But there's still loads of challenges coming up for the rings! Good luck to all! In the Outback, another opal changes hands, this one being IceDancer to Matt. MoonBeryl is sticking to Michelle right now and the FireStar challenge is coming up! Its a busy challenge season right now!

ADVANCEMENTS: The Sublime Bellamere advances to Enchanter!

THE RING OF KLYTUS: The holder for this cycle is Jaycy Alexander! The ring grants an additional focus over the normally allotted amount, but is still limited to the maximum of 3 foci.

Cycle Ranks Through Week 9

Cycle rankings show how duelists perform over the course of the cycle, with the top performer earning the Ring of Klytus (provided they began the cycle below the rank of Mage). To balance percentage performance duelists are broken into 3 brackets based on number of duels fought, with top accolades achievable by only those in the upper tier. Duelists are ordered first by bracket, then by winning percentage, followed by the number of wins and lastly by low rank to high.
