The Sixth Manor - Dragon's Gate - Dragon’s Gate Dueling Sword School
The last private owner and instructor of Dueling Sword Dueling School was Instructor Lamoine. No record of his first name exists. His portrait hangs in the building, but is often moved about according to the wishes of the sitting Baron. At the time of the purchase, Deluthan Ev'rt was an instructor, who referred (Lorelai) Rory Laurent, then a Dueling Official, to inquire about and later purchase the school on behalf of the Duel of Swords.
The school, itself, is a two story brick building with an aged wooden sign hanging above the door declaring this building to be the home of the Dragon’s Gate Dueling Sword. A long glass window allows a view into the school where students practice. One side wall of the practice room is lined with mirrors to allow students to see their own movements as they train.
The main office is just inside the front door. The gong in the hallway between the practice room and cafeteria is used to call students from all areas of the building and its ground to begin their classes. The student dormitory is on the upper floor. Hubert Fontaine is the permanent instructor, manager, etc. of the facility.
The school's uniforms are blue and loose-fitting. Students as young as five years of age, begin training with foam swords. Intermediate students advance to wooden swords and staves. More advanced students might be allowed to practice with steel blades.
The ring awarded to the Baron of Dragon's Gate was once known as the Eighth Ring. The last duelist to hold the ring as the Eighth and first as the Baron of Dragon's Gate was Topaz Datrazanov. Topaz held the ring for a total of 1291 days and successfully defended it 7 times.

Notes
Shadow described it this way - The Dragon's Gate Baronial manor, while not strictly just a residence, was a winding, convoluted structure that had in its early days been a dedicated academy for duelers. It had clearly been added to many times since its original construction, spreading like a strange, crippled crab with several wings off the main building; while not a particularly sinister place, the weight of its antiquity could be daunting to a first time observer. As a baronial manor, the character and preferences of the current resident changed from time to time, leaving no definite impression other than that of an old schoolhouse.
Maggie - Two large storage rooms on the main level were converted into one bedroom apartments meant to house the sitting Baron or their Squire, and assistant that looks after the resident students during after school hours.
