The recording starts with Ishikawa standing awkwardly on a bridge in central Rhydin, thanks to a sign nearby, while cars speed by.

"IS IT ON?" she calls out.

"YEAH" came the voice holding the smartphone.

Ishikawa brings her heels together, stands straight, and holds her hands behind her back before she yells out, "I'M ISHIKAWA AND I WANT TO BECOME THE NEXT GOVERNOR OF RHYDIN!"

"I AM THE BEST FOR THE JOB AND I WILL GIVE YOU SIX REASONS WHY!

ONE! I HAVE STOLEN SIXTEEN GUNS FROM THE WATCH!
TWO! I HAVE BEEN ARRESTED FOUR TIMES! ESCAPED TWICE! THE WATCH RESPECT THAT!
FOUR! I HAVE BEEN ON THE TILTAWHIRL TWENTY-SEVEN TIMES AND ONLY THREW UP ONCE!
FIVE! I WILL BRING DISNEY TO RHYDIN"

"Can you really do that?" came from behind the camera

"Yeah it can't be that hard.." says Ishikawa before realizing she started to slouch while she answered. Back to attention!

"SIX! CAT CAFES CURE DEPRESSION! DO YOU WANT DEPRESSION CURED! YES!
AND SEVEN! Watch this cool jump!"

She then hops up onto the bridge railing, turns about with her arms held wide to keep her balance, then shoots a finger-gun at the viewers before hopping off the bridge. The person recording on the phone quickly runs over to catch a small bit of the drop before Ishikawa hits the water with a splash. The camera during all this is pretty shaky and then suddenly begins to fall while the girl yells out.. who, by the way, gets spotted for a brief moment as she's seen dangling from the railing to catch the phone.

"DID YOU GET IT!" followed by a confused HUH as the camera is quickly angled down to show a floating Ishikawa treading water.

"VOTE FOR ME! ISHIKAWA!" she yells with a double thumbs up before suddenly being dragged underneath the water.

The recording seems to be cut there for a fade out fade in cheap transition with a program watermark visible on the side of the screen. Ishikawa is then shown in what looks to be a nurses clinic while having her arm stitched up from what looks to be a bite.

"AND I BEAT UP AN ALIGATOR .. or crocodile! What's the difference again?" the question posed to the nurse currently working on her arm as the video ends.

A second video is added a few minutes later with just Ishikawa's voice in the background.

"I saw this turtle today."



"Okay." the video shakes and then it switches from the view of the turtle to Ishikawa's face as she tries to stop recording. This goes on for a few awkward seconds until the video finally ends.

A few still shots of Kabuki Street are shown in the video. One of Ishikawa eating ice cream, another of a cat eating tuna out of a can, a few trees, and then a shot of the sunset. While this shows an computer generated voice says: Nothing better than a Rhydin sunset

Video then cuts to a brief walking tour of Kabuki Street until the phone is set close to the face of a girl that was attempting to walk by,

"Are you voting Ishikawa for governor?!" comes Ishikawa's voice from behind the cam.

The girl, who is now being interviewed, blinks and then says in a flat voice. "I'm voting for Lady Mariah.. who, if you download Grand Fantasy III on your phone or tablet right now, can be yours. Princess Mariah's Summer Fun event is going on right now and new players will receive twenty free wishes just by signing up.." until "SUKI HURRY UP!" can be heard in the background, then Ishikawa is nudged aside so the girl can leave.

The video cuts to a still image of this Suki with a feminine computer voice saying: Yeah I'm sooo voting for Ishikawa she is the best! I was joking before ha ha!

The video ends with a recording of sleeping kittens taken from one of the local pet shops.

Another video is uploaded to the Ishikawa 4 Gov channel. It shows a shorter haired Ishikawa from a few years ago and another girl standing straight with a can of Kaiju Coke balanced on her head. Ishikawa brings back a leg for the wind up.. and jumps up for the kick! Only to drill her foot against the side of the girls head.

The video does a quick jump cut to the same shot again, this time with the girl wearing a few bandages and her hair messed up. Ishikawa begins to ready the kick and.. is successful this time and the bottle goes flying!

The screen fades to black and the words NEVER GIVE UP appear.

What's the first thing you're going to do as Governor?

Close up of Ishikawa's face as she says, "Buy a Lamborghini."

The video begins to draw back from Ishikawa for a drone shot of her sitting on top of a lime green Lamborghini.

The drone operator can be seen in the shot too a few seconds later until the video starts to shake as something shoots past the drone and then comes the rapid fall to the ground and a yell of "WE'RE RECORDING HERE, ASSHOLE!" follows.

The video cuts to what looks to be Ishikawa inside a storm drain, "Okay, we escaped.. I think the Watch is still looking for us, but.. Yeah! Vote for me!"

"What else are you going to do?" said the other voice.

Ishikawa puts on a very hard thinking face. ".. Uh.. I'll let everyone keep their positions, except for my bodyguard.. I told the Only Club I'd give them that.. Oh! The first episode of Gotchard was okay."

".. I thought it was dumb.."

"You're dumb." Ishikawa says with a glare at the camera.

Then came some flashes of light in the distance and the video cuts off.

"My mom was a mercenary! Here's some pictures." Ishikawa leaves the view of the camera and comes back with her tablet and begins swiping through them. What's seen is a swords woman in her mid thirties alongside a rag tag group, all smiling while a banner of a gold hawk within a circle hangs behind them. Ishikawa swipes across the screen with the next picture showing a baby photo, "This is me." she added with a point of the finger to tap the screen; which causes it to zoom in and forcing Ishikawa to fix it.

"My mom died a hero! She was protecting a village from a evil necromancer who tried to poison everyone there so he could have more undead people." Ishikawa seems to pause while staring at the third picture, which is of her mom holding her while giving a wave to the camera.

"All of them died, but so did the necromancer..! Heroes sometimes have to sacrifice to save the day." she then disappears from the camera again, only to show up again with a sheathed sword to show it off. "My moms sword! I make sure to keep it in good shape!"

The phone recording the video must have fallen over suddenly since it now looks up at the ceiling after a thump! sounds. But it gets set right back up after a few hurried seconds with Ishikawa's face seen up close to make sure everything is fine. "I wonder what my mom would think if I became gov.." she says, followed by a few moments of thought until "Ishikawa! Come help set up for practice!" is yelled out from outside the room.

"Okay I got to go! I'll stream on Sync later! Bye-bye!"

The video ends.

Ishikawa does stream later for 2 hours while playing a hack 'n slash game called Demon Hunter IV. The title of the stream is: KILLING DEMONS [ISHIKAWA 4 GOV]. Ishikawa's seen on cam to be shouting and talking throughout the playthrough but her voice isn't being picked up at all.

The video starts with a pink haired woman slowly eating fries while focused on a tablet leaning against a napkin dispenser.

Ishikawa's voice is then heard from behind the camera "Kana's watching Extraordinary Doctor Wu right now! She got off work like.. 10 minutes ago? She works at Cafe Neon! It's a really nice place. She really likes this show and doesn't miss an episode.. and.."

Ishikawa's hand comes into view and she's seen stealing a few fries off Kana's plate, who looks to be not paying attention thanks to worn earbuds. "She's distracted," Ishikawa says while she steals another fry.

"Ah!" the camera view shifts away from the tablet watching Kana to a close up of Ishikawa's face; though only briefly as she pulls the phone away. "Okay! So I have some new promises!"

"After speaking with MY great people of this great city..!" the raise in Ishikawa's voice must have prompted the Shh! from off camera.

"After speaking with my great people of this great city," she said again, this time a little more hushed.

"One. We're going to have a couple snow days, with magic snow and snow from machines so more people can get hired to help and have work! Yeah!

Two. there's going to be skating parties.. at the skating rink and ice skating places, with this disco stuff.

Three. Everyone in the city is getting a gift on Christmas, because the Gov probably gets to know who Santa is!

Oh, five, and free candy for Halloween!

and jet skis given to the Golden Perch Inn, along with dinner boats. They're like boats that have tables and chairs so you can go around Kaiju Lake and eat dinner while sailing."

Ishikawa flashes a wide smile and then holds up her pinky finger. "It's a promise!" she says as the camera quickly turns about to show the pink haired girl again who's giving her a thoughtful look and says "I want to go jetskiing.."

"I'm going to bring back that Seaside mini golf restaurant too!" Ishikawa adds off camera.

"Oh!" The camera turns back to a close up of Ishikawa's face. "I saw a cute dog today! I'll post the video later!"

Ishikawa did indeed post the video of the cute dog an hour later.

"Hi it's me and I'm going to show you how you can afk farm gold in Galactic Journey." Ishikawa's voice is in the background while the screen show what looks to be an anime inspired 2D MMORPG with a bunch of slimes and the avatar of a person dressed up like a doctor is sitting in the grass.

"Okay you go to Windbloom Field five, it has to be five because this is where the most slimes are. So you sit here and then you summon your homunculus helper.." the sound of clicking on the keyboard can be heard as the avatar on the screen stands up, moves around a little bit, and then creates a very badly pixilated summoning circle to bring forth a floating blob of goo.

"Now you just sit and click this.." the cursor moves toward the floating blob and clicks twice. "This makes your pet attack anything around it.." and like Ishikawa said, the white blob begins to attack the slimes.

"If you have the forest helper charm all the slime drops will be sucked up. Now you can leave the computer and your pet will kill everything when they respawn and you collect the gold."

"Okay. That's it. Bye!" the video then ends.

The video starts with Ishikawa pulling her hand away from the recording device. She then pauses a few moments to make sure the phone doesn't fall from the bushes she has it propped up in, and yes some branches are obscuring the view.

Ishikawa takes a few steps back then sits on a nearby bench. "Hello! I'm going to review this new chips." she says and pulls out a red and yellow bag of chips from a plastic bag. The plastic bag is met with a small breeze and starts to fly but Ishikawa awkwardly catches and then sits on it.

"It's supposed to be really hot. I like spicy stuff, so it can't be that bad." she opens the bag and reaches inside to take out a few of the puff balls then eats them. Three of them.

She sits there chewing for a few moments, then begins to make a face.. and then quickly reaches for her nearby bottle of cola.. that falls over since her eyes are starting to water.. and because her eyes are watering she begins to wipe at them.. and, well, since her hands have spicy puff residue on them — let's just say it's not going to be a fun time.

Ishikawa is left crying while trying to open up her soda bottle after dropping to the sidewalk.

The video then cuts to sometime later. Ishikawa is covered in sweat, her eyes are puffy and she's trying her best to wipe away some snot.

She's huffing, almost seems like she's about to say something but stops to drink more milk out of a jug, then gasps for air and huffs a little more before saying, "It was okay, but not great.."

The video starts with a close up of a framed photo of a man wearing a uniform of the Watch. His hair is slicked back and he wears a stern look on his face.

"My dad!" Ishikawa's voice is then heard. "He worked for the Watch in Seaside! Guess what? He saved twelve people from a big fire! He wanted to save more but.. he never came back out. I only really know him from this picture, since him and my mom never got married. But he's a hero! The Watch have a really tough job and I make trouble for them a lot, but it's just for fun and not to really hurt them."

"Ishikawa, what did I say about you filming in the precinct?!" a thump! heard during the words of an older gentleman from off camera, though he'd soon be on camera as Ishikawa spun around to aim it at him. He was balding and somewhat round, and in his right hand looked to be a rolled up paper. The badge on his chest showed he was in command off this Watch precinct.

"I wanted to show the people my dad." Ishikawa said, still off camera. The old man seemed to grumble while tapping the rolled up paper against an open palm.

"Can I have some donuts?" she then asked, which saw a roll of the eyes come from the Watch captain.

".. Pete, get her a donut." the Watch captain said after grumbling, then reached out for the off camera Ishikawa; whose arm then came into view as he started to lead her beyond the Watch Officers Only sign and into the break room. A few of the officers in there started to wave at the phone, "Getting in trouble again, Ishikawa?" -- "No! But I did bring a box of knives I found,"

She would have continued but the gruff voice of the captain piped up from off camera saying, "Stop making your video and go sit down."

The video comes to an end a few moments later, the last few seconds being of one of the Watch officers - a blonde woman in full Watch uniform - gave few hand signs toward the camera while saying: "Seaside for life!"

The video starts with Ishikawa standing at the Spike's Landing marina. It must have been early in the morning since it's still raining, but thankfully someone at the marina was fishing in the rain and set up a tent canopy.

"Okay the footage from the Kaiju Lake 3 AM challenge got corrupted but if you saw the part of the stream before it started raining you know I was there past 3 AM! My clothes smell and I'm all wet but, I did it!" cue Ishikawa doing some jazz hands for excitement. "And since I braved the challenge you KNOW I can brave being the governor!"

She's interrupted by the old fisherman blenching after a gulp of beer. He seemed focused on listening to his radio and fishing. Ishikawa didn't seem to be phased by the burping and instead pointed toward the camera. "Now you ask.. What will I do next?! I'll do.. this..!"

The video was probably meant to cut here but Ishikawa was seen moving toward the phone to end the recording. Her face is seen, then a 180 turn of the phone, followed by it pointing down to show off the dock instead for a good ten or so seconds until the video cut to the scene of Ishikawa standing in a walk in freezer wearing nothing more than sneakers, shorts, and a t-shirt.

"I'm going to stay in here for THIRTY MINUTES! Don't worry I'll speed up the video!"

She then sets the phone down while an edited in timer shows up on the corner of the screen. It's speedy, like she said, and she can be seen sitting on top of a box for a few moments, then starts to pace around, punches at some of the meat, then sitting back down to eat some chips, then going right back to punching the meat until finally she's huddled atop the box and trying to keep herself warm. The edited timer stops and a few non-sped up moments pass until beeping is heard and a shivering Ishikawa quickly hops off the box and grabs the phone to bring it close to her face.

"S-s-ee.. I d-d-id it..!"

The video starts with Seaside beach scenery and Ishikawa using it for background as she sits atop a horse.

"Yeah, I know how to ride a horse." she says.

That's it. She's just sitting on the horse. The moments pass and the horse lets out a little huff and shakes its head while Ishikawa keeps balance.

"So.." says the voice off-screen who is holding the phone. ".. Are you going to," her voice is cut off at the sight of the horse pooping on the road. ".. to do anything?"

".. Ah.. em.. eto.." Ishikawa seems unsure before raising a hand to point ahead. "Go! We ride!"

The horse doesn't budge, and when it does it's to shift and begin to turn about and walk off in the other direction — toward some grass.

"He's a free spirit! Just like me! Can't be held down!" Ishikawa quickly says while laughing.

"I think he's just hungry.." says the off camera voice.

"I'm hungry too.." adds Ishikawa. She's then seen trying to nudge her heels into the horse to direct it while pulling on the reins. It takes a bit but the horse does seem to finally follow her orders.

The video then cuts to the sight of Ishikawa, still on horseback, waiting in a drive through line at Thatsaburger.

Another cut happens and now the trio are at the park. Ishikawa and the camera girl (who is now on screen) are eating burgers while the former keeps handing over apple slices to the horse.

Ishikawa holds the half eaten burger up. "Eight out of Ten."

An hour long video is uploaded to the Ishikawa 4 Gov channel that's just a penguin enclosure.

That's it. It's Ishikawa sitting and recording a penguin enclosure for an hour.

Another video is uploaded 2 hours later with a 30 second clip showing Ishikawa petting a stingray.

The third uploaded video is not recorded by Ishikawa herself, and instead must have been a friend outside of the lion enclosure with Ishikawa running away from a lioness and attempting to climb up the wall. This video then cuts to footage where some feet away Ishikawa can be seen getting smacked upside the head by a zoo worker while an on-site health professional is inspecting her bloody leg.

"A lion can't stop me from being gov! Just like how my opponents can't stop me!" Ishikawa yells out over to the one recording until she lets out a sudden cry as disinfectant is sprayed on her leg.

The video begins with a close up of Ishikawa's face.

"HELLO! I'M ISHIKAWA AND I'M DOING THE CINDER-BLOCK-SMASHED-ON-CHEST STUNT!" she says, her voice a little strained but she's sounding as enthusiastic as ever.

As the camera pans back she's seen laying on a bench with stacked cinder blocks resting on her chest. Another boy with a purple and black pompadour is smoking off to the side while leaning against a sledge hammer until Ishikawa suddenly yells, "Do it!"

The boy, after flicking the cigarette away, hoists up the sledge hammer with a grunt and then brings it down heavy onto the first cinder block. Two of the blocks break and Ishikawa can be heard yelling while the hammer comes down again, and again, until the last of the stack is broken.

Mr. Pompadour and the camera girl came to loom over her as closer footage of Ishikawa laying on the bench breathing heavily comes into view until..

"YEAH! SMASH THE COMPETITION!" Ishikawa declares with a thumbs up.. then starts coughing and muttering something about her chest hurting as the video cuts off.

The video begins with the sound sound of chips crackling and chewing in the background. Suddenly the camera is turned then from the street-view of random people walking to Ishikawa close up. Another chips is eaten and she continues to chew while tilting her head left, then right, then back left, before finally reaching up to fix her hair some.

"Look," she then angled the device so the watcher could see a small puppy sleeping on a blanket in her lap.

This sleeping puppy closeup continues for a good ten minutes with the sounds of the city happening in the background before the video ends.
