News Report: Fire Cleans House in Rhy'Din City Jails!

Late Saturday night, Rhy'Din was host to a quartet of explosions, each emanating from the city's largest holding facilities for criminals in Dockside, Dragon's Gate, Old Market and Old Temple! The arsonist is currently unknown and at large, say watchmen, but reports are that Minister Jackson Payne was able to warn the Dragon's Gate facility before the explosions went off. An anonymous caller to the newsroom, identifying themselves as the bomber and using a voice changer, said only this: "I'll be watching you, Payne."

UPDATE #1: The City of Rhy'Din appears to be banding together to keep these localized fires under control! Fires appear to be contained thanks in large part to the fire departments under the supervision of Ebon Illnaren as well as a band of hose-toting roombas and a group of mages headed by Jaycy Ashleana!
