Haru and Alik are involved in something that is going to cause some issues. I can’t see this ending well for anyone.

Text from The Hag:
Talk to Lord Mathian first. I’ll speak to him. And Spot? Don’t tell anyone else.

Text to Mathian:
Sir, I have done a bad.

Text to Betty:
A bad?

Text to Mathian:
Yes, and I will require your assistance in dealing with what has happened. Sylista is not waking up.

Text to Betty:
How is that your fault? I am on my way.

Bring the blood bag with your less preferred taste and an IV kit?

Mik willingly tried to help their mother. It seems to have worked but now I have Snow White on my couch.

I had to look that reference up. Are there dwarves?

You know there aren’t. I don’t know what to do. I’ve told Mathian and put on silver just in case.

Text to Beatrice:
Silver was smart, Betty. Just breathe. Text Viktor and that Egyptian god fellow and let them know. I’ll talk to Luna and be over as quick as I can. I have some ideas.

Text to Gideon:
Viktor will be happy she’s safe. I don’t know how long this will last.

Text to Beatrice:
Which? Syl’s safety?

Text to Gideon:
Yes

Text to Beatrice:
Even if it is only a week before Fire starts creeping in again, that’s a week we didn’t have before. You did good, don’t let any of them make you feel otherwise.

Text to Gideon:
It’s hard to hate you while you are comforting me like this.

A letter, addressed to Lady Sylista Shadowsoul, was delivered by courier. The seal bore the crest of Maggie's chosen arms.

Lady Sylista,

I am well, thank you. I hope you are now having an easier time with your pregnancy. My grandmother has told me some are easy and some are very difficult. My guess is that Dris is first in the line of those volunteering for babysitting duties! He looked after me when I was an infant; playing and singing lullabies and other songs for me. Understandably, that's where my desire to play music began.

It has been my pleasure, during my Keeperships, to share the resources of elemental towers with friends and family. Had circumstances been different, I would have gladly dropped grace to give you or Rachael the chance at the Tower of Water's custodianship before others. I don't think anyone was more surprised than I was to get the chance at the Celestial Tower! When the time comes, if you and their fathers allow it, it would be my honor to share my weapons' skills with your younger group of children.

There is a scholarship fund available for students attending Dragon's Gate Dueling Sword School. Mr. Fontaine, the permanent instructor, manager, etc. for the school is the best person to contact for donations. Thank you for thinking of our students. They and I appreciate your kindness and generosity.

A letter, addressed to Sylista

My Dearest Sylista,

I am sorry I have not spoken to you in some time. I was detained by the Fae in their world. It seems I returned just in time for both your first challenge for a Tower, and for your wedding to Viktor.

I watched the challenge and I feel you did admirably. I suspect my absence was enough to allow your mentorship of me to lapse, but rest assured I made sure to study and learn regardless.

I do apologize for not being present at your wedding. I only heard about it just before it happened, and the timing was not ideal for me. I will be sure to ask Haru and others I’m sure were there for pictures. I wish you and Viktor the best and I wish for your happiness together beyond what you already find in one another.

I hope your honeymoon has been enjoyable and you are happy and well. Please extend my love and well wishes to the rest of the family. I hope to have a chance to see you in person soon.
