Better late than never. Mainly, forgot to give these out. But the Talon of Redwin Jousting Tournament icons have all been delivered. They were delivered to all the players that showed up in the chat and RPed, and were delivered to the names those players played on.

Well crud...
I looked at my profile to see if I had one and guess what else I have a ton of? Yep! I have icons that weren't delivered...I think I had passed some of them out but went into the hospital in the midst of doing so and then forgot about them. So, if anyone doesn't have one of the bajillions in my profile...PM me. I apologize!
