I'm an idiot and can't count apparently...but the cycle changes on 4/2 not 4/9.
Again... April 2nd will be week 1 of the Spring cycle. Sorry for the confusion.
ETA: All rules that were set to change at the beginning of the new cycle on 4/9 will go into effect on 4/2 instead.
