All duelists listed below have either fallen below 0 WoL's or have not dueled this past cycle. These duelist will be ineligible to use Challenge Rights to challenge for any Duel of Swords title while retired from the standings. Warlords ( Or any ranked duelist who returns from retirement and makes Warlord soon after ) must wait 14 days starting 6 PM the Thursday they are returned back to the active standings before being eligible to challenge for a title.
The Overlord Grant and any sort of other Grant awarded to an active duelist on the standings will be unaffected by a wait. If you are active, even if within the 14 day wait, and are gifted or win a grant, you are able to use that grant upon official notice on the boards.
Summer Cycle 2014's Week 13 duel results are included in the purge list. Duelists who fought during Week 13 will be considered active and eligible to use challenge rights ( so long as they are of Warlord rank ), as they became active *before* the rule change.
