Expanding Dominion

Ashley had the ghoul scouts assembled in the grand foyer of the manor. "And like, remember to offer them the cookies BEFORE you try to eat them, like totally. Gnarly, right?"
The ghoul scouts, circled around Ashley Complexion, nodded their assent, showing pearly bright smiles of sharp pointy teeth. "Yes, scout leader! We promise!" A round of mischievous giggling followed.
Deathlord swept past them, each step leaving a faint trail of frost along the hallway as he moved to the sitting room. There a minion stood at the ready. The baron of New Haven settled himself in the throne situated in the center of the room. The gardens, visible through the French windows, were lit by soft moonlight, which sparkled off the ice sculptures scattered about the grounds. The view was relaxing for the retired deathknight. Like a frozen moment in time. Idyllic.
The minion hovered nearby, waiting the moment when Deathlord would command it.
A gauntleted hand lifted up and summoned the minion to his side. "Tell my squire that I require properties outside of New Haven. It's time we look to acquire suitable manors in other districts. Perhaps we should start with Dragon's Gate."
The deathknight's fiery gaze looked outward to the frozen garden. While Minion and Minion was making acceptable progress in New Haven, the district was more sparsely populated with housing than some of the other districts. Branching out the business into other districts would help ensure success in the coming months.
