Challenge to the New Overlord

I will first officially declare myself Renegade to Overlord Ticallion Carter. Secondly, I will simply state that without an honor-pack binding me in my current position, I have no reason to not immediately issue challenge to the Overlord.

I would now be able to do far more good for Rhy'Din by providing a moral victory for the Dockside District and assuming a natural place of of high prominence as Overlord.

On a side note, it seems pretty interesting that someone who claims to love Dockside so much and who wants to provide support for that district would be so eager to pretty much abandon it for the title of Overlord. I know you say that you could provide much more as Overlord, but I really fail to see how that could possibly be the case. Either way, it doesn't matter. I'll see you when I see you.

Overlord and Barons,

My apologies for being unable to make the appointed challenge time, this eve. The plague in Dockside had rendered a young boy sick, and I had to keep a prolonged watch over him to maintain the wards designed to keep him alive. Unfortunately, in the end, the lad was lost to our efforts.

Never-the-less, I fully submit to whatever decision is enforced upon this challenge. I am more than able and willing to continue the challenge, face a Champion, or deal with any other scenario.

In regards to the Overlord Challenge presented to Overlord Ticallion Carter vs Baron Vanion Shadowcast, where the Baron failed to arrive for his challenge in a timely fashion which caused a forfeit to occur, and the matter be brought to the Baronial Council.

The voting was 4-2 in favor of the Baron being stripped of his right to challenge for any title for the remainder of the Cycle as punishment for failure to show for this match. This means that should Vanion lose his Baronial title, he will be unable to challenge for another for the remainder of this cycle.
