I hereby challenge Gork. He is not fit to be a baron in my eyes and thats why I am pressing challenge for the ring.

The Baron of Dockside did not show for this match. The challenger has requested the matter be sent before the council.

Does this not prove how he lacks the maturity for a ring? He asks for this day, and this time, then he doesnt show up for it. He is not fit to hold a ring. I trust the council makes a good decision on what to do with the ring.

Someone who pitches fits during keeper tournaments and threatens to retire the tower if he wins because of rulings by the officials is not mature enough to hold a ring, either.

The ruling was awful and the staff knew it. They even updated rules governing the Isle because of it. If you knew more about why the ruling was made you would understand why I was upset. Steven deserved to be in that tournament as much as anyone else. And if I won the tournament I would have retired the Tower so that he could participate in it like he should have been allowed to do in the first place. So if you knew all the facts then you can speak Farek. Until then maybe you should keep your peanut gallery comments to yourself.

Just a quick question,

Unless Gork went AWOL and didn't answer the challenge, which I believe he has since it's set for the 5th, you wouldn't be up as a champion for that Barony unless he doesn't show for that match, and the Barons Council votes that Gork gets stripped of the title, then votes to appoint a champion.

It's a little early to be requesting being a Champion. Unless something did happen that the community is not yet aware of.

If something did, let us know?

This match was supposed to transpire on the 27th of February but Gork did not show up. Topaz has also posted notice on this area of the cork that the matter has been sent to the Baron's Council.

Apologies.

For whatever reason, I completely missed the notice where Gork did not show for the Challenge Match, and that it has been sent before the council.

Farek, you are completely within your rights to request being appointed Champion. All that is needed is to see whether or not it's actually voted to be championed, or if it's sent to the Warlords Tournement.

Whatever they decide is fine by me, though I urge they decide before the tournament in case they want to put the ring into the tournament as a prize.

We had hoped to complete this vote before prizes were handed down in the last Tournament, but since it wrapped up a day earlier than expected, I was tardy in ending the vote.

Regardless, the Council has voted to return Face his wins and leave the ring vacant.
