A new feather appeared on the board, also blood coated, also tagged with a neatly scribed name and district;

A neatly stamped card of burnished blue steel soon appears on the board, stapled firmly atop the bloody feather using bent prongs at its corners.

It reads:

Amaris is my sister.
Do not threaten my sister.
Anyone who harms her will be harmed equally.

A second tag was added to the feather marked for Battlefield Park. This read;

Sometime around 10:30 that night, Mallory posted a note to the cork, updating the alignment of the Barony of Cadentia:

In the wake of Matt Simon's challenge to Battlefield Park, the feather marked for Amaris had disappeared just as the feather for Ebon Ilanren had, at least for now. Not long after that, a fresh face delivered once more unto the board before stealing away into the night. No chicken feather to be found this go around but rather a single purple carnation. Like the other deliveries that came before, it too carried a single, small tag bearing two words in red ink;

Cadentia - Maeda

A comparable tag for New Haven was nowhere to be found.

A new note was pinned over Ebon's previous one.

In light of recent revelations, in good concience I can no longer stand behind the Overlord. While I support my friends, the woman who now reigns on Overlord Isle is no longer the woman I knew.

As of now, Dragon's Gate stands Renegade.

It's a waste of your money to pay bounties on Barons that went Renegade and were already challenged. Mission accomplished, save your cash.

A little girl no older than six, her dirty wheat blonde hair pulled into two ratty pigtails, had been tasked with the latest delivery. She did not know what the note she carried read and worse yet, she had trouble reaching high enough on the board to complete her task. But with the help of a late night passerby, she managed to do her duty;

What's this, what's this, what do we hear?
Anon to anon, it's the principle, my dear
You think it's money they seek
Your foresight's quite bleak
Trust in hindsight it all will be clear

Once done, the little girl ran off, jabbering all the way about just how pleased they would be.

The feathers marked for Old Temple and Dockside respectively both disappeared after the Seaside challenge, leaving only the purple carnation marked for Cadentia. Despite having been pinned there for several days, it still looked as fresh as the day it had been cut.

[Michelle Montoya]

Michelle was carried to the IFL Gardens on a covered lectica. The roof was slightly curved, and white drapes were pinned to the four pillars. Eight people carried the Rome-styled litter in, all of them dressed in the white robes of the Temple of the Divine Mother. Michelle herself wore the same fullsome robes, embroidered with the symbols of that long-destroyed religious sect. A host of people followed her to the gardens. They murmured and chanted in some unknown tongue —all of them marked by an eldritch symbol inscribed on the inner-left wrist.

When Michelle descended from the lectica she shed the robes, revealing a pure white, double-slit dress. She carried an iron shiv along with her rapier.
