It's me again, I took some time off, but I think it's time I try for fire for gazillionth time, so I'm challenging you for it! Besides, whenever we fight it's a good show, and what better way to re-enter the challenge scene?

Since I will be traveling between Rhydin and the Winterlands for the next few days, it may be difficult to meet you in person to arrange things as I had hoped. Here are the dates I can be available: Wednesday, 17 July through Sunday, 21 July, and Tuesday, 23 July and Wednesday, 24 July. I prefer times after 9:30PM by the Eastern Clock. As for callers, kindly contact Claire Gallows, Tenball, Eregor, and Eden Parker to see if any of them are willing and able to officiate for us. Please make sure we have at least one full day between the date you chose and the day you post the announcement to allow me to make the needed travel arrangements.

I’m in talks with Eregor and Tenball regarding calling and I’m looking forward to the match.

As for food, I’ll see what Ebon recommends now that taste of RhyDin is wrapped up.

I’ve been away to long, taste of RhyDin is just starting, anyhow, Tenball has agreed to call.

Haru suggested that since this is a challenge for the Tower of Fire, we might have a spicy menu, and my thoughts immediately ran to five-alarm chili. So I reached out to Buried In The Sand over in Seaside, my favorite chili place, and they will be catering this challenge!

The chili will be set out in a buffet style, starting with the base chili sauces:
- ground beef with beans
- ground beef without beans
- vegetarian (beans, no beef)
- ground turkey

The sauces will be mildly spiced with Cubanelle powder, but attendees will be able to kick it up a notch (or severaql!) by adding available chili powders to their individual taste. The following powders will be available (listed with their Scoville heat ratings):
- Poblano (1,000-2,500)
- Guajillo (2,500-10,000)
- Serrano (10,000-25,000)
- Cayenne (25,000-50,000)
- Bird's Eye (50,000-100,000)
- Habanero (100,000-350,000)
- Red Savina (350,000-750,000)
- Ghost Pepper (750,000-1,500,000)

The powders will be separated by barriers to prevent any mixing.

In addition, other toppings will be available.
- shredded cheddar cheese
- shredded nacho cheese
- sour cream
- chopped onions
- crackers
- tortilla strips

Tonight dueling fans gathered to see Haru Jeong challenge Mairead Harker to see who would take home the Key to the Tower of Fire! They met on the Isle, and the Keeper claimed her right to fight within the elemental ring of Fire. The grounds within the ring shook, splitting open and allowing the blackened, craggy levels of Tartarus to grind into place. Seemingly self-contained fires were prevalent throughout the ring, along with small rivers of magma circling around the rising levels of black, smoldering columns and platforms that made up the terrain the Keeper and her opponent would utilize for cover, attack, and defense. The topmost platform was the largest by far, and seem designed to accommodate the most conventional styles of combat. This was Tartarus!
