Shameless Plug Thread
What's a Shameless Plug Thread, Jewell? It's for shamelessly plugging an SL or post you're working on that you're really proud of! It's also for sharing someone else's work that you're currently enjoying.
It's a way to tell everyone: "Hey, if you have some time you should check this out because it's really good for _____ reason" or "This will totally make you laugh/cry/have milk flying out of your nose."
Example: I'm really enjoying The Fate of the Uremi and I can't wait to see where it goes!
So, what are you reading? What are you writing? What are you enjoying?

Re: Shameless Plug Thread
Right now I'm writing "Drachenbane" with a few other folks -- the story of a cursed blade originally wielded by Arane Ganderfald in "A storm brewing in Battlefield Park." The story focuses on the Battlefield Park barony and the dark side of its legacy... and there's more to come.

Re: Shameless Plug Thread
Right now, I am reading all of the stories being posted in "The Streets." Be it brand new or cross-posted, I seem to have missed out on quite a few wonderful pieces of writing.

Go read Plans with Jay and Sami.

I've been reposting and fine tuning Simon's stories from RDI in Born Unto Trouble I've absolutely been loving it. If you don't mind darker, more violent material and harsh language, please give it a look. Hope you guys like it as much as I've enjoyed the task of writing it.

Dom is trying to see if she can make me cry at some point with The Deep Dreaming. It may have worked!

Aw, thank you! I promise I am working on it -- there's plenty more to come! <3Michelle Montoya wrote: ↑Sun Mar 17, 2019 10:28 pm Just a plug that I love Mallory's writing in Drachenbane and Bloodbound. I'm so excited to read more!

Thank you for the kind words! Since we're shamelessly plugging here, I'd like to say it's been a blast arc welding past, present, and future Jay/Sami storylines into what you see in Plans, and I can't wait for the next steps forward!

If you haven't been reading Connar Valdor's "From Beyond the Tomb," you really should. It is so good.

Friends, I am dying right now. You all need to go read Pharlen's REKAH AND THE PANTS OF DOOM!! (Not Necessarily The News...) fun time comic strip. Careful not to be drinking anything lest you spit it out during uncontrollable bouts of laughter! Love it!

Remember how that past 'you' used to write? Remember all the cool shit you used to dream up?
I do! I was going through old files and came across a bunch from the old RDI site. There's no way I would ever bombard you all with countless entries or those EPIC storylines where we had like 20 players involved (that was amazingly fun but fricking exhausting sometimes!), but I'm reposting a few jewels in the spirit of "auld lang syne" in its own folder.

Happy walking down memory lane with me! I'll be posting little vignettes often.
