A little birdy told me Anubis FINALLY defended a title after a million and one years.

Not only that? He waived grace? I'm sure FireStar misses being at the bottom of the ocean so I'm going to do the right thing and challenge.

I challenge for FireStar.

I accept, with reservations.

I would like the law firm which I retain, the firm of Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe*, to look into the fines which may occur for assaulting a cow.

The Emerald which challenges me bears all of the hallmarks of a cow from the lush pastureland of the Delta; large udders, a revolting smell, and a tendency to frequently and unremittingly bleat, in total ignorance of her stupidity. In light of this, I would like to be assured that I will not be breaking any Rhydinian laws involving the proper treatment of livestock.

I would appreciate it if the owner of said bovine, Harris D'Artanian, came forth and vouched for her freedom from disease..and also, that he refrain from threats that he issued for a year and proved completely unable to follow up on. Because he is correct that the next challenge will be different..after the next challenge, he will not be able to walk again.

If my reasonable demands are met, I accept this waste of ti..challenge.

Skimmed a little. Saw Harris' name. I'll assume you're asking for raw butt-loving from him or something.

Anywho, I saw "I accept" and that's all that I care about. Send a letter with some dates and times for the challenge to the RhyDin Rewind station.

Apparently it's been a while since you had to call upon your lawyers, or else you'd know they've had a reorganization. It's Dewey, Cheatham and Wynne now... I hope Howe wasn't your usual attorney.

Anubis and Serichi,

This challenge is no longer valid and will not proceed. Anubis Karos has not dueled a regulation fight in the past 91 days; as such, Anubis has fallen into inactivity.

As an Opal holder must remain active in order to retain their title, Anubis must be stripped of the Opal and, given his Wins Over Losses record, returned to the Emerald rank.

Serichi's challenge right for the month of June is returned; she is free to challenge another Opal this month if she so chooses.

The Duel of Fists staff are considering next steps for returning FireStar into the community (tournament, etc.); a public announcement will be made once we reach a decision.
