There will be a 15 minute grace period.

Walk-ins will be accepted, but will be seeded behind pre-registered fighters based on order of entrance, not ERS. The cut-off for pre-registration will be 8:30 p.m. ((ET)).

Format will be decided by number of entrants at the time the grace period ends. Assume 8 or more present will result in double elimination and less than 8 will be round robin.

Any complaints -- get over it.
