Challenge for New Haven

Post by G. Iulius Fortis »

Deathlord,

No malice is meant against you, but I wish to challenge you, because I feel a Baron should be more active in the rings.

I promise that should I prevail, I will honor whoever wins the Squire's tournament you are currently holding as Squire until at least the end of the new cycle.

This challenge is valid and may proceed.

However, should Deathlords tournament conclude with a squire named before this challenge is completed, that squire would lose that title upon the New Baron being crowned.

So, if Deathlord gets a Squire, and Guill then wins the Barony of New Haven, the Squire of New Haven becomes vacant.

Good job, Guill.

Here's an interesting fact that may come as a surprise: There are seven Barons in the duels. Seven!

Wow! What a jerk move! Why not challenge one of the two barons that have NO defenses instead of the one that has three? Or one of the barons that isn't currently holding a squire tourney? SHEESH!

I think Guill is intent on being the Xerzes of the Arena. He's found his niche. Apparently it's losing. Gotta stick with what you're good at, right?

Dueler,

Had I the option to do so, I would reject your challenge for the disrespect you show me by challenging while I conduct my search for a squire.

Would that I could do so, but I cannot.

Your promises mean nothing to me.

I will be available Wednesday at 10:00 should you choose to appear. I wish to resolve this challenge before you further disrupt my little tourney.

Should you wish to rescind your challenge, you are certainly free to go bother someone else.

Wednesday is a great day for a challenge. I'd know, since that's the same day mine happens to be.

There will be no lines set on this challenge. To do so would be too much like supporting the fact it is going to happen at all.

Tomorrow at 10 PM works perfectly for me - I will be there. Now if only we can find an official willing to take care of the match.

Guill challenged, Tical interceded, Guill won, Deathlord stepped up, Guill went down. Deets later!
Remember, in the end, it's all moo.

Meaning it all gets munched on, spit up, chewed on for a while, swallowed, spit up again, chewed on some more, swallowed again, and dumped on the ground in big steaming piles.
