I'm challenging Teagan for the Dockside Barony. I don't really need a reason, I suppose, but it's nothing personal. I have a few business interests in Dockside that I think would be more lucrative if I was Baron of the region. And, it's the same Barony I used to hold (back when it was the Third).
I'll be waiting.

I was, in my mind, rather fortunate to be able to officiate the match on Saturday, July 25, between the Warlord Ticallion Carter, and the Baroness of Dockside Teagan Rielea.
The Warlord dueled under the navy and gray of the Wrecking Crew. He had neither a second nor a Lady of Honor. The Baroness dueled under no color or standard. She had neither a second nor a Lord of Honor.
The Baroness elected for a single match, and we were underway.
After a null opening with mirror cuts, the Baroness struck first, her bookend tripping the Warlord. After another null defensive round, the Warlord reeled off three consecutive points, including a 50/50 parry play to take a two point cushion.
The Baroness was able to halve the deficit with some nifty footwork, but the Warlord restored the two-point edge the very next round with a well-timed parry. Another null defensive round followed before the Warlord cut over the Baroness's brace for the victory.
Thus, Ticallion has reclaimed the Barony of Dockside, which he last held over five years ago, when it was known as the Third Baronial Ring. He has declared himself Renegade to Overlord Tasslehofl Momus.
This marks the fifth title that has changed hands via challenge in the last fortnight; indeed, the last titleholder to defend his or her title in the ring was Cassius back in late April.
