And so it begins...
Today, in the Annex at 9 PM EST, the Tour de Rhy'Din kicks off with a Duel of Swords single elimination tournament. Participants are expected to arrive promptly, as once the bracket is drawn up we're going to start. Seeding will be done randomly for this stage, as no one has scored any points in any of the categories yet. Also note that there will be an extra match before the finals for the semifinal losers, to determine placement for 3rd and 4th place.
And here's what you're fighting for -
EDIT: After rules change:
1st Place: 5 Swords Points, 3 Tour Points, and 360 Nobles!
2nd Place: 4 Swords Points and 2 Tour Points
Semifinalists: 3 Swords Points and 1 Tour Point
Quarterfinalists: 2 Swords Points
Participants: 1 Swords Point
At the end of the event, the bracket will be posted up, and the points scored will be tallied into the standings.
