Change to Bot Sends for Advanced Spells

When sending IM / NR / EF to the bot, you will now also be required to send the number 3 as part of the line. As such: ?m NR 3.

Not a ton, but every now and then someone forgets that they are not elligible to use these spells. This change is just a quick reminder that the spell being used is restricted and maybe get someone to rethink its use.

It would be great if the bot just knew the standings and all the rules, maybe had some sort of command structure for practice or test duels that told it to ignore all that, but it does not at this time. Maybe it could? I'm not positive I can do that code, and it would certainly slow things down some. As such the game needs to be self policed between duelists.

If you run into a time where there is a misused mod or this speed bump doesn't keep an unavailable spell from being used, please contact a green or purple name. The dueling staff has access to a tool that can alter some aspects of a duel in progress.
