Madness Champ Anderson Defeats the Empress

The winner of this year's Madness tournament Lilith Anderson has taken her test-free challenge grant and turned it into a TRIPLE CROWN!

On May 14, 2020, denizens of the Arena watched as Lilith Anderson faced off against the Empress Overlady, Jewell Ravenlock for the Overlord title. The Madness challenge grant allowed the challenger to select the format, and Lilith requested a best-of-three! Having defended the title twice previously, Jewell was looking for one more defense to keep her reign going.

The first fight was taken by Lilith after leading the entire match. But Jewell came back in the second fight to force a decisive third and final match. Unfortunately for the Empress, once Lilith got her lead, she refused to give it back, closing the fight out in 6 rounds.

The win marked the final piece in Lilith Anderson's triple crown! Congratulations to the Arena's newest Overlord, Lilith Anderson. Well-reigned, Empress Jewell Ravenlock.
