Altars have been popping up mysteriously in hidden spots in port towns, and even in some coastal caves, deeply secretive and somewhat hard to get to. It is said that giving a secret unto one of the altars by way of the eternal flame in a bed of ashes will grant the supplicant blessings of many sorts.
