I’m so glad you enjoyed the holiday party! Thank you for participating and letting Dris and Rhys spend some time with Coy and Bart on Christmas Day.
And yes! I plan to write more … as soon as I can get my brain to cooperate, lol.

Re: Shenanigans Channel
Wanted to take a minute to thank everyone who took part in the 2020 Holiday House Party. I'm sorry I haven't done any direct replies to anyone one on one, but know that I really truly appreciate every single one of you. Thank you all so much for being a part of Dris and Rhys' lives this past year. Getting to know so many of your characters in play has been a real treat and helped me get through what was otherwise a pretty terrible year. (Pretty much for all of us, huh?) I never thought that I'd breathe life back into Dris as a character, though, and enjoyed playing him again so much as I have in the past year. So thank you for helping me bring him back to life, all of you. :)

Well since Sal still has Seaside, he's throwing Rekah an unbirthday party! Might as well make use of the mansion! What better way than to celebrate his oldest, very best friend? :)

Added this update to Rekah's birthday party thread:
Event Update 2/27/2021: Per the birthday girl's wishes, the party won't stop at sunrise on March 1st after all. Instead it will persist for no less than eleven (11) days straight! Though the DJ will be replaced with a looping automated sound system, the ballroom will continue to blast house beats like a night club that never closes. The bar will remain open, intermittently staffed by bartenders for hire and the occasional unreliable goblin. Once the buffet empties, it will be restocked with any variety of dishes anyone takes it upon themselves to whip up in the kitchen or bring in from outside sources. The bedrooms will remain available at Seaside Manor itself for anyone needing to take a break. Don't want to leave? You don't have to! At least not until the morning of March 10th, by which time the Baron himself might finally kick you out.

Pharlen wrote me a pretty spectacular AU Origin Story for Sal and Faye. Check it out in her "Walk A Mile In Their Shoes" thread over in the Crossroads folder!

Re: Shenanigans Channel
One of the things I like most about big tournaments like IFL and DoS Madness are the articles that people write for them. You all are so very awe-inspiring with your creativity. This latest one from Tippletoe -- Tip Top Ten: EXCLUSIVE Interview with G'nort Dragoon-Talanador -- is one of my favorites. G'nort is a treasure, and a legend. I am honored to have known him and been unofficially mentored by him. Not to mention to have gone down in history as the one to send him into retirement. ;) You are missed, G. Thank you for all the good memories this article dredged up.

Oh my god, you guys! We did it!

We summoned Tara!

She looked to Dris. "All we need, now, is Tara."
Rhiannon's comment made him laugh, and look around, a little paranoid that by merely saying her name would summon Tara!
Rhys leaned over to murmur to Dris, "Who's Tara?"
Rhi winked at Dris. "I won't Beetlejuice her."
With Rhys' help, they were only one repetition away from Beetlejuicing her!
Olaf groaned something woodenly. Maybe he was trying to enunciate Tara.
We summoned Tara!

Re: Shenanigans Channel
Another fantastic article by Tippletoe Timbers! I fully admit my bias here, and have to publicly state CONGRATULATIONS to Gatito Lindo (Partly Cloudy) for winning the 2021 DoS Duel Madness Tournament! Quite a stupendous accomplishment for someone who has only been dueling for less than a year! I'm proud and humbled! Wishing them them the best of luck in their Overlord Challenge this Monday!

Thank you so much, Sal! I wouldn't be here without your encouragement and teaching. <3
