For tonight's festivities, Sassy Owl Saloon and Hangman Distillery step up to the plate with an assortment of food and beverages for duelists and spectators alike to enjoy.


Kalua pork tacos with pineapple-mango salsa and cajun drizzle

Honey bourbon barbecue chicken

Bacon pineapple shrimp kebabs

Black bean quinoa burgers with spicy aioli, avocado, and mango

With an assortment of pre-summer barbecue-esque sides like grilled corn, baked beans, crinkle cut fries, kettle cooked chips, and more.

The full line of Hangman whiskeys and bourbons will be on hand along with two specialty cocktails made with the combatants in mind;

1 Twist Lemon Zest

For the Overlord:

The Old Man

3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp Water
2 oz Black Bear Bourbon
Garnished with a cherry and orange wedge

Tonight Nat got another chance at Matt's Overlord title. The challenger fought beneath a banner of midnight blue and black with an outline of a candle. His second was Penny Escobar and his lady of honor was Eden Parker. The Overlord fought beneath a banner of black, red, and yellow. His people of honor were Koy, Thia, and Malachite, and while he went into this with no second, Runt declared himself Matt's second before the first round.

The Overlord elected a best of three series but it took only two to settle it. After 2 fights (5-4 in 10 and 5-2 in 8), Nat Candle is the new Overlord of the Duel of Swords! Well fought Matt and well won Nat.
