Tacked up all over the board and given out around town were obnoxiously bright announcements exalting the arrival of the newest Chae. A release was issued as well stating that "The Heiress" was born at 2:13 AM on Tuesday, July 25th to current ShadoWeaver holder KC Chae and Keeper of Death Grace Frigg. Both mother and baby are happy, healthy, and now resting at home. Tributes may be paid accordingly.
