Change in Lyceum portal access for city travel

An ad was broadcast via TV and radio, and announced via posters and flyers, by the two owners of the magical book and supply store known as the Lyceum:

Our store has a door in every district of the city as well as Cadentia, and on request by paying customers, we have re-aligned the entrance so that they can exit into the district of their choice.

In light of the recent tolls being levied by mercenaries in Old Market, we are now offering limited edition Witching Hour Sun-Blotting Glasses for two silver apiece; showing us the sunglasses or the receipt will waive any minimum purchase requirements to use the Lyceum portal for the tolls’ duration, or until further notice.
