The Outback opened to a HUGE week, with hot and heavy action that led to a close score! The guys are barely ahead by two duels after the first week, posting 10 (to the ladies’ 8 ). Several ladies have won duels but that’s not enough to qualify for the top bracket, so Rachael has the number one spot! Several of the guys are in the same position, too. InterGender War -DoF Week 2 (1/10 – 1/16)

Wow! The Outback is jumping these early weeks of the War! The guys doubled their win total (to an impressive 19)! The ladies added only 6 more wins to their total, allowing the guys’ lead to widen considerably! Action was hot, heavy, and often for Rachael but Illissa got in another duel to take the top spot from her. The only historical ladies’ powerhouse to join the top bracket this week was Koyliak, but she lost twice! On the other hand, several guys are stepping up and getting action. Evan (known as a swordfighter) leads the pack by virtue of his 3 wins! Vinny’s close behind with 2. Absent though are such fixtures as Kheldar, Matt, and Jake … if the guys are already doing this well without them, what will happen if and when they jump into the fray?!

InterGender War -DoF Week 3 (1/17 – 1/23)

Action remains steady in this, the original sport to hold the War! The guys are at a 7-win lead now. Evan keeps the number one spot with 102% after getting another win in (that pesky bonus percent takes him over the top). Outback Legend Harris jumped in with 3 wins, putting him right on Evan’s heels! On the ladies’ side, Rachael leads with 51% … but that’s only by virtue of the 12% in bonuses for her 9 wins! Someone needs to step up to help her out! Will someone, though, or will the guys continue to trounce the ladies? We’ll find out!

InterGender War -DoF Week 4 (1/24 – 1/30)

Outback denizens continue to lead the way – both in duels fought and in number of brawlers fighting them! And in a small bit of consolation for the ladies, they don’t trail like double digits like they do in the Arena (the deficit is only 9). Rachael leads the ladies’ pack in everything (and by quite a lot) – modified percent, wins, bonus percent. Hikari’s close, though, with a more pedestrian 50% (no bonuses there). Evan and Harris … would be tied for top spot if Evan hadn’t gotten one extra win to get the bonus. So far, though, they’re both perfect! Ladies, get in there and beat them down!

This is the only bright spot for the ladies, frankly. The duel deficit stands at only 7 duels (compare to the other two sports, where the guys have double the wins of the ladies)! Summer didn’t get a duel in, but she had enough to keep the top spot for the ladies. Evan’s in the same boat, and still ahead of Psly by only his bonus. It was a slow week; can the ladies take the momentum from the guys and pick it up next week?!
