Q: Do achievements upgrade themselves such that the previous version vanishes from your list?
A: No, achievements have to be claimed. Therefore once you earn an achievement it will not upgrade, it will stay on your profile.
Q: I see there are badges for titles, do you lose the badge when you lose the title or is it yours forever?
A: No. Once you win an achievement it stays on your profile.
