User Points / Nobles module added

Now that things are settling down a little bit, one of the things several people have asked about is whether we'd bring back the points/money system that was on the old forum.

As of tonight, we've installed a module and imported over all the points from the previous forums. You can see links to your wealth in your profile.

We don't have any shops or jobs (and I haven't found any suitable ones for phpBB3), but the wealth can still be use for bragging rights, event prizes, and for things like Madness betting.

The values for posting may vary slightly from the previous site.
