Blab Coming to RoH

Blab is installed in RDI and while it still need a bit of work, we will be installing it in RoH with the current changes we've done to it for RDI.

More work will be done, but as is the chat works and it's stable enough without the glitches of ProChat.

Once the chat is installed we'll be moving forward with the Blab chat. I've spoken with Kalamere to try and move the calling tools to our chat. Hopefully it won't be too difficult for him to make the transfer.
