Re: ShadoWeaver's Toll - The Long Dark Road Home

Darkness Tass stood there, in the darkness. It wasn't the ebon black of the Primordial, but it was close. It would seem that the black stone had traveled far indeed. He began to walk, if for nothing else than to explore things. It has been many years since he had held the stone, and he knew things ...

ShadoWeaver's Toll - The Long Dark Road Home

As Jaycy took the black stone with her win against Gren, there was a shift in that darkness.

Re: Search for Opal Shards

For those who were paying attention at that particular moment, a book appeared. It's binding was leathered, but there was something off about it... It seemed to hover a moment then a scream tore the air before it left. A note was left behind... the parchment pitch black, and the words scrawled in mo...

Re: Challenge for Old Temple

Howdy all,

After a nice sit-down with Gloria, we've worked through all the particular's.

The dance will be held... TONIGHT! 8pm by the RhyDin clock (EST).
The gracious Tippletoe has agreed to score the dance.

Come out and have some fun and watch!
Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Challenge for Old Temple

I've been thinking bout this a bit since I've come back to the rings, and more recently in the last few weeks. I think it's time I regained Old Temple. So, using the King's Decree, I'm issuing challenge to Gloria Blaze. It's been a good many years since we danced, so it outta be fun, no matter the o...

Re: End of the 2020 Winter Cycle All Ranks Tournament (Barony Prize)

Count the old man in.

It's the lease I can do to honour the duels and your history with it.

Re: Panther’s Claw – Feedback Request

Ahh.. see? Those numbers are something this old man didnt know. What I get from being gone 😁 With those numbers, I can see the idea of both is a moot point, because who would want to put together a tournament for only one or two to show? In this case, retirement of the PC seems a more appropriate ro...

Re: Panther’s Claw – Feedback Request

I know this might have been thought about, but why not both?

Leave the PC as is, which not only helps the lower ranks, but gives them their own tourney. This also leaves the history in place.

Then create a new one, and I like Harris' idea about participation, for that?

Re: Blackguard Central

Tass had heard there were issues within the Marketplace, and had heard from Harris' squire.. Strawberry?, that Harris' yacht had exploded. It didn't matter that it was Harris, he didn't deserve that. So, Tass offered his assistance. Harris has come by and asked a simple request, one that Tass had no...

Re: Retirement from DoS Staff following Madness

I'm old. Matt's got nothing on me.

So, if I don't remember who you were, forgive me.

But I do thank you for what you have done. You've brought the old man back into dueling.
I blame you, of course :)

But really.. thank you.

Late to the table (just got home from a week long vacation)... If any move is used more than once, (and after a gentle reminder to the duelist that they can't use the same move twice, but the duelist refuses to change the move) the second time is changed to a DIS automatically by the official. This,...

I want to thank Rekah and Rand both for tonight. Near the end of the duel, my internet went out. Fortunately, I had service here at home and had AIM running on my phone. Through working with Rekah and Rand's acceptance, we were able to finish the Madness match, though I didn't win. That aside, again...
