Despite being from the Ukraine, she is regularly confused with being Russian due to her accent and style. Thus, when assigned a name, it was given as "The Russian." Long black hair, black-rimmed glasses, and a black leather outfit, Oksana is a dark, sensual femme fatale whose beauty is matched only by her ruthlessness, and she can be quite ruthless depending on her mood.

Skills:

Non-weapon skills: Proficient in espionage, intelligence and computer usage.
Weapon skills: The rapier is her preferred form of sword, while she is more apt to use her black MP7A1 or black MP7 with scope and silencer for those subtle assassination attempts.
She also has some training in hand to hand combat, which makes her suitably formidable when she her weapons are unavailable to her.
