Appearance:

Purple silks and satin, likely drenched with rain that would manage to seek her out even in a drought. Cheeks wet with flowing saline tears and eyes too large for her face were commonly wide. Long stringy black hair was typically kept under a veil, and looked rather fried. Thorn covered vines wrapped around her walking staff and appeared to have the ability to move on their own. Small and frail, she looked as though a gust of wind could blow her away.

If you hear her coming, you may want to politely duck out of sight and avoid her, as it's true what they say: Misery does love company.
