Night blue hair, too long on top and shaved close to the sides, constantly needs attendance less it occlude his face. The color of his skin and the shape of his eyes bring to mind an Asian country of indefinite origin. He is, at best estimate, somewhere in his 20s, and carries himself with a practiced cheerfulness to mask the horror beneath the skin.

Often, he dons battle armor of a unique make. Made of high-impact ceramics mixed with nanofiber mesh over steel and iron, nothing short of a tank shell will get through. The suit includes a cannon covering his right hand, armed with a technology which stores the powers of Blue's defeated enemies, turning their own weapons against them.
