News: It's the end of the cycle! Everyone below 1 WoL starts out from here at 0! Due to a change in inactivity rules way back when that nobody told me about and I was just now informed of, there will be no activity purges; it's 3 cycles now, and not 2 for inactivity.
Welcome to new duelist Kith! Congratulations to Ahni, who advances to Enchanter! Due to Xeric's disappearance, Shadow has been allowed to de-neophyte him at no cost to his per-cycle neophyte changes.
There were only two participants for this cycle's Archmage Tournament: Shadow and Misty. Thus, the tournament was fought as a best of three. Shadow took the match in two duels and then went on to face Lem! He and Lem stomped on each other for the first two duels, but had a rather intense third duel that ended with Shadow taking the match! Congratulations to the new Archmage, Shadow! Well reigned, Lem!
Nayun challenged Rachael Wynter for the Tower of Air, and it took place on the same night as the Archmage challenge, the 22nd! Nayun fought well, but Rachael defended her tower with only two duels! Well defended, Rachael, and well tried, Nayun!
It's time to pass on the Ring of Klytus! Lem held the lead on the cycle rankings for most of the cycle, and it looked like he was going to be passing the Ring on to Nayun, just below him. But Rhiannon Brock came from behind out of the middle bracket with a 2-1 week that put her into the top bracket at 75%, 3% above Lem! Rhiannon Brock is the new holder of the Ring of Klytus!
